All SACCO culture are frieze-dried and can be added directly to the milk without any futher reproduction.

YOFAST MT 092 FET consist all specifically select strains of Streptococcus Thermophilus, Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis ssp. Lactis Biovar diacetylactis, Lacto Bacillus Delbrueckii  SSP lactis, Lacto Bacillus Helveticus and Leuconostoc SSP.
